The Founder
Paulo Henrique Gonçalves Monteiro is a lawyer admitted to the São Paulo Bar (OAB/SP No. 386.449) and also holds a degree in Business Administration. He represents the sixth generation of a family that, since the nineteenth century, has devoted itself to the practice of law, the judiciary and public service.
Before focusing his practice on corporate law, he built a four-decade career in key positions at multinational groups — from Auditor to Chief Financial Officer and Country President for Brazil — working closely with Boards, Committees, Auditors and Shareholders in Brazil and abroad.
He is a former MBA professor at FIA, Anhembi Morumbi University and Business School São Paulo – BSP, and a Reserve Officer of the Brazilian Army (Cavalry Lieutenant, R/2).
